There are many competent attorneys who support our cause and have accepted the cases we have submitted. In doing so, the Association has successfully obtained justice in our federal courts. This justice has been in the form of enforced architectural barrier removal, and in many instances, reasonable compensation for many members. We are here to help any individual with a disability and those associated with such an individual.

If your rights as a person with a disability have been violated, and/or if you have been subjected to undue inconvenience and grief as a result of an entity’s non-compliance with ADA laws, please use this site to REGISTER A COMPLAINT, and we will meet with you to discuss the matter, and if necessary, utilize our legal resources to remedy the wrongdoing.
