  • Know Your Rights

    Title II of the ADA Title II of the ADA prescribes that
    “no qualified individual with a disability shall, by reason of such disability, be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of services, programs, or activities of a public entity, or be subjected to discrimination by any such entity.”  42 U.S.C. § 12132 (emphasis added). This particular Title is applicable only to local and State public services and programs.

We help many individuals with disabilities whose legal rights have been violated. We speak out and lobby on their behalf; we educate, and we litigate when necessary to enforce ADA compliance. We have successfully helped many individuals with a disability and those associated with such individuals.

Currently we are making preparations to widen the scope of our services: provide expanded ADA training and workshops, offer consultation services for local merchants, and more.

We are proud of our record and look forward to continue servicing the disabled and to lobby lawmakers to enact stricter laws to further empower disabled individuals with the same legal rights as others.
