    Title II of the ADA Title II of the ADA prescribes that
    “no qualified individual with a disability shall, by reason of such disability, be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of services, programs, or activities of a public entity, or be subjected to discrimination by any such entity.”  42 U.S.C. § 12132 (emphasis added). This particular Title is applicable only to local and State public services and programs.

We are here for you, so you are not alone in the fight for equality in society.

Individuals with disabilities, their friends and relatives, neighborhood leaders, politicians, merchants, and plain nice folks, share in our cause, and have joined our cause by getting involved. This is why this site is also an online social community where all can get involved, meet each other, develop friendships, make important connections, while, furthering the goal of removing barriers to access for all.

It works just like FaceBook and other similar social media. What makes this online social community so special and unique is that all members share a common cause: the acknowledgement, compliance, and respect for the needs of the disabled, not just in the United States, but the world over.
